Refunds, if granted, are purely a gesture of goodwill.
We reserve the right to verify suspicious transactions or report fraudulent activity to authorities.
Chargebacks or disputes through payment providers may lead to permanent account termination.
Dishamusic allows users to withdraw earnings generated from distributed content.
We reserve the right to:
Review and hold payments if suspicious activity is detected.
Withhold payments in accordance with applicable laws and policies.
Notify users of withheld payments whenever legally possible.
Users are responsible for reporting their own income to tax authorities.
Withdrawals are only available via our approved payout methods.
By uploading or submitting any content (e.g., audio, artwork, text), you retain ownership of your rights.
However, you grant Dishamusic a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and promote your content solely for marketing and promotional purposes related to our Services.
You may not upload or share content that:
Is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or harmful.
Infringes third-party rights.
Contains malware or attempts to bypass security systems.
Dishamusic may, at its discretion, monitor and remove content that violates this Agreement or is deemed inappropriate.
We may suspend or terminate user accounts to protect service integrity.
We aim to respond to all support requests in a timely manner but cannot guarantee response times.
Dishamusic reserves the right to close or refuse support requests that are abusive or irrelevant.
Dishamusic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Site or Services.
Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Services.
Your use of the Site and Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your data.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent behavior, or as required by law.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
Dishamusic reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
Your continued use of the Site or Services after any change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
